all i wanted was to have a quiet night when i got home. i should have known better when i heard that the internet was off again, necessitating a call to bell. after seven different people and seven different times repeating the same story, and being hung up on twice, i think things are back on track. found out that the new modem we were forced to have was never ordered. in the meantime, they kept shutting the service off. four times. i really wish we had a choice about service providers, but our physical location puts certain limitations that we have no control over. so i will just have to put my concerns in writing. and hopes it gets somewhere.

Good luck with the phone company. I remember when they came out with signs that said, “Ma Bell: We don’t care because we don’t have to.” Love the photos, especially the first one–the expression is just so great.
