i took off for a couple hours after picking up ms L from camp. drove to the camp in the beast with the trailer too. hate driving with the trailer. but i digress. so after i left the family snuggling on the couch, i took off by myself and stopped at the hamilton cemetery. i recall hearing that it’s one of the city’s oldest burial grounds. i looked at the stones, but i wasn’t in the mood to photograph them. i really wanted to get my fill of shooting flowers. found lovely blooms, though the magnolias are dropping already. then i went to the old neighbourhood, which always looks so pretty in spring. light was fading by this point, but it was just right for a walk up the escarpment stairs and back down. great earth day if you ask me.
this is day 113 of 366 days of photos. sunday, april 22, 2012.
